  • Nylon (Polyamide)

  • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
    PVC is rated self-extinguishing, has an exceptional chemical resistance is easy to machine. PVC shows high mechanical strengths, tensile strength and can be used in applications. Raging in temperature -15℃~+60℃.
  • ABS
    ABS has good thermal and dimensional stability and scratch resistance.
  • Thermoplastic PU (Polyurethane)
    Thermoplastic Polyurethane generally means PU elastomers; the thermoplastic rubber is generalized in the category. These series resins have many outstanding attributes, such as good abrasion resistance, oil resistance, low temperature flexibility, and elasticity.
  • Santoprene® TPV
    TPV is a ready to use thermoplastic elastomer that has been vulcanized and has the following characteristics as rubber-like, recyclability, easy processing, excellent performance of weather resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, wide service temperature (-60℃ ~ 135℃) and versatility of lower specific gravity, wide hardness range (35A~50D), good colorability.
  • PE (LDPE & HDPE)
    LDPE is more flexible than the HDPE. Its impact resistance makes it a natural for impact pads, while its easy machinability makes it a good choice for fabricated parts when chemical and corrosion resistance is demanded.
    HPDE is used in varity of applications and industries where excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, low moisture absorption and chemical and corrosion resistance properties are required.

  • Polystyrene (PS)
    PS has a good electrical properties, dimensional stability and low cost advantages. PS After glass fiber reinforcement to further increase its strength, rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance and dimensional stability.
  • PC ( Polycarbonate)
    The PC has excellent impact strength, good heat resistance, electrical properties and dimensional stability. Chemical resistance: PC on the water, mineral and organic acids have a stable performance, but will be dissolved in aromatic hydrocarbons dissolved in chlorinated solvents and some by the alkali decomposition.
  • PSO/PSU (Polysuflon)
    Polysulfone is a transparent, amorphous thermoplastic that is stable, heat-resistant, and self-extinguishing, and can be molded, extruded, and thermoformed into a wide variety of shapes. Drying is required before processing. Polysulfone is rigid, with a flex modulus of almost 400,000 psi, and strong, with a tensile strength of 10,200 psi at yield. Its electrical properties are good; it has a high dielectric strength and a low dissipation factor. Mineral-filled and glass-reinforced grades of polysulfone are offered where additional strength is required.
  • PSO is used in medical instruments and in sterilizing equipment. Its high-temperature capabilities and transparency are useful in the food industry, where it is used for processing equipment coffee carafes, beverage dispensers, and piping. It is also used to mold microwave oven cookware. In the electronics field, PSO goes into circuit boards, capacitor films, switches and connectors.
  • PEI (Polyetherimide)
    PEI has excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, electrical properties and excellent heat resistance (long-term temperature of 170 ° C). Without the addition of fire retarding agent it can reach the UL94Vo 0.38mm , and can be resistant to hydrocarbons, alcohol and halogen solvents. In addition, the long resistance to creep, PEI can replace metal and other materials in many of the structural strength of the application, and in the constantly changing conditions of temperature, humidity and frequency, but also to maintain the excellent stability of electrical characteristics. PEI can be used in a wide temperature range applications requiring close tolerances.
  • TPI (Polyimide)
    TPI is a high performance material with many excellent mechanical and chemical properties, such as exceptional wear resistance, high-temperature resistant, and resistant to chemical corrosion.
    PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) - PEEK belongs to the Polyketone family is a type of high-performance thermoplastic polymers. PEEK is a special engineering material which has high-temperature resistant, anti-chemical corrosion, high strength, high toughness and self-lubricant.
  • Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)
    Its resin is characterized by excellent high-temperature performance, inherent flame retardant, and good chemical resistance. The crystalline structural of PPS plastic is best developed at high mold temperatures.
